Las Vegas Tournament/Showcase

The Las Vegas Tournament / Showcase is an invite only event outside of the regular High School Season. Invite and participation in the event has no bearing on team makeup for the high school season.

Dates: January 25^th – January 28^th

Cost: $500 + players are responsible for their own flights. Payment can be made in the form of a check (Cherry Creek Diamond Club), credit card, or ACH. Payment must be received prior to leaving for Las Vegas.

Flights: Players are responsible for making their own flight arrangements. Please book your son’s flight and then fill in the information within the link below so we can ensure that all players have transportation to and from the airport in Las Vegas as needed. Coaches will not be leaving for Las Vegas until after school is over on the 25^th. If possible, please make arrangements for arrival flight time between 5-8 pm and your son’s return flight on Sunday after 4 pm.

Players will be sharing 4-5 to a room. All Rooms have 2 Queen Beds and a pull-out couch.

We were not able to get a room block for parents as there is a tournament at South Nevada University that same weekend. In the same parking lot there is the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Henderson

Additionally, the Sunset Station Hotel and Casino is a block away. Parents are obviously free to book any location / hotel they prefer.

Games & Locations: There will be 4 games throughout the Las Vegas city. Location and times will be transmitted when known (January).
