Tournament Checklist:

1. $1,200.00 Entry Fee (Payable online during registration or by check to Cherry Creek Diamond Club)
2. 1-dozen Game Baseballs given to Site Director

Tournament Procedures:

NOTE: Home team will be determined by coin flip with the exception that the Host site will always be home team during their games

1. 32 Teams MAX:
2. 8 Pools
3. 4 Teams Each > 8 Sites
4. Game Guarantee > Plan on min. of 5 games weather permitting
5. 3 Pool Play games > Doubleheader on either Thursday or Friday
6. 8 Pool Winners qualify for Championship Round on Saturday
7. The remaining 24 teams will be paired with cross-pool matchups based on pool standings. (These matchups may be adjusted to keep host teams at their own site for field maintenance). Teams will play 2 consolation games either on Saturday, or Sunday, weather permitting.
8. Championship Bracket: The teams who lose in the first round on Saturday will play a consolation (5th game) on Saturday evening.
9. After 5 games, there are no more consolation games.

Tournament Rules:

1. Old American League Rules: DH for pitcher only. WOOD BAT! Can use an EH.
2. Exceptions:
3. College Slide Rule
4. Eight-Run Mercy Rule after 4 ½ or 5 innings.
5. Courtesy Runner for Pitcher and/or Catcher (eligible sub)
6. No Protests
7. All unfinished games (weather or daylight) are suspended games unless 4 ½ or 5 innings have been played.
8. Home team is determined by coin flip for ALL games.
9. Balks are live.
10. Mound Visits – 3 visits per game, 1 extra visit in extra innings

Equipment Rules:

1. Baseballs – No synthetics
2. Wood Bats!
